Battery

Ralph R. Robertson, 48, 703 W. Liberty (PADS), Wheaton, was arrested and charged with battery at the Train Depot, 551 Crescent, at 5:45 p.m. Dec. 22.

Darius L. Roberts, 19, 330 Cedar Lane, Glen Ellyn, was arrested and charged with domestic battery on the 300 block of Cedar at 5:39 p.m. Dec. 22.

Retail Theft Arrest

Jay B. Hildibrand, 43, 1021 Simms Court, Plano, was arrested and charged with retail theft at Walgreen's, 324 Roosevelt Road, at 11:59 a.m. Dec. 24. He was arrested after police pulled over Rosanne T. Ferazzo, 47, of the same address, for improper lane use, failure to signal and suspended registration.

Theft

Someone broke into a storage shed at Papa Saverio's Pizzeria, 807 Main St., and stole an air conditioning unit and a deli slicer. The theft was discovered at noon Dec. 28.
