Glen Ellyn Man Sues Naperville for Alleged Defamation, False Arrest

The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that a Glen Ellyn man is suing Naperville for false arrest and defamation.

David Briddle was pulled over in Naperville for driving under the influence Memorial Day weekend, he blew a 0.0 on the Breathalyzer but his mug shot and fingerprints were still taken. According to the article, the mug shot and incident report was released to the press. Now he is suing Naperville for defamation and false arrest.
