Speeding Leads to DUI Charge

Police preformed a traffic stop on Phillip J. Mora, 34, of the 1000 block of Brunswick Ct. in Elgin for Speeding on March 9 near Roosevelt Road and Sunset Avenue a little after 4 a.m. Mora was subsequently charged with a one count complaint for Driving Under the Influence and issued a traffic citation for Speeding.

DUI and Suspended License 

While out on  patrol on March 10, an officer preformed a traffic stop on Hector Garcia, 27, of the 21W500 block of Lynn Rd. in Lombard. Garcia was charged with a one count complaint for Driving Under the Influence and issued traffic citations for Improper Lane Usage, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Suspended Driver's License and No Seat Belt. Another occupant of the vehicle, a 25-year-old Chicago resident, was issued a traffic citation for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. 

Speeding, No Seat Belt and DUI

Karolis Sileika, 25, of the 4000 block of Lake Valley Dr. in Lisle was charged with a two-count complaint for Driving Under the Influence on March 12 just after midnight near IL-53 and Grandview Avenue. Police also issued Sileika traffic citations for Speeding and Failure to Wear a Seat Belt.
