Mario Hernandez-Agustin, 25, of the 9900 block of West 58th Street, Countryside, was charged with no driver's license, uninsured motor vehicle and a signal violation. Hernandez-Agustin was arrested at 12:24 a.m. at St. Charles Road and Main Street.FRIDAY, AUG. 30
No Driver's License, Improper Lane Usage
Hermilo G. Sotelo, 45, of the 300 block of Chippewa Lane, West Chicago, was charged with no driver's license and improper lane usage. Sotelo was arrested at 3:48 a.m. at Lambert and Roosevelt Road.WEDNESDAY, AUG. 28
Failure to Yield, Failure to Secure Child
Edith Suarez, 44, of the 1100 block of Cedar Street, Glendale Heights, was charged with the following:- Failure to yield while turning left
- Uninsured motor vehicle
- No driver's license
- Failure to secure a child under age 8 in an appropriate child restraint system

DUI, Improper Lane Usage
Siavosh Khamissi, 32, of the 500 block of Pershing Avenue, Glen Ellyn, was charged with DUI and improper lane usage.
