SUNDAY, JUNE 30
Drinking in public
Police charged James G. Porter, 45, of the 600 block of St. Charles Road, Glen Ellyn, and Benjamin Byerlein, 41, of the first block of Forest Hill Drive, Glen Ellyn, with drinking alcohol in a public place. Porter and Byerlein were arrested at 3:55 p.m. on the 700 block of Fairview Avenue.
FRIDAY, JUNE 29
DUI, cannabis possession
David Lares, 47, of the 2100 block of West Warren, Chicago, was charged with the following:- Driving under the influence
- Possession of cannabis 30g and under
- Driving while license suspended
- Improper lane usage
Cannabis possession
Police charged Stephen M. Miller, 22, of the 700 block of West Liberty Drive, Wheaton, with possession of cannabis 30g and under and possession of drug paraphernalia. Miller was arrested at 8:59 p.m. on the 600 block of Roosevelt Road.
FRIDAY, JUNE 28
Public intoxication
William D. Ingrum III, 32, of the 300 block of Windsor Avenue, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 10:52 p.m. with public intoxication on the 200 block of Kenilworth, police said.BB through window
Someone shot a window with a BB gun on the 700 block of Lenox Road. The incident occurred sometime between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The estimated amount of damage was $600.Suspended license, disobey traffic control device
Jessica F. Clark, 22, of the 1400 block of Burlington Avenue, Lisle, was charged with driving while license suspended and disobeying a traffic control device. Clark was arrested at 7:35 a.m. at St. Charles Road and Stacy Court.Beer theft
Someone stole several bottles of beer from a refrigerator in an unlocked garage on the 700 block of Willis. The incident occurred sometime between 10:30 p.m. June 27 and 12:45 a.m. June 28, police said.

THURSDAY, JUNE 27
Residential burglary
Someone stole several items from an open garage on the 500 block of Maple Street. The incident occurred sometime between 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., police said.
Public indecency
Zachary E. Price, 26, of the 4300 block of Geiger, Millersport, Ohio, was charged at 1:34 a.m. with public indecency on the 600 block of Roosevelt Road, police said.WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26
Burglary to motor vehicle
Someone took tools from a vehicle parked along the 200 block of Crest Road. The incident occurred sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 11:22 a.m. It was unknown if the vehicle was unlocked at the time.

Cannabis possession
Police charged Alexander J. Jackson, 18, of the 670 block of Hearth Lane, Carol Stream, with possession of cannabis 30g and under. Jackson was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on the 600 block of Roosevelt Road.Suspended license, uninsured
Erick Marcelino, 18, of the 1200 block of Kings Court, West Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and no red taillights. Marcelino was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on the 1800 block of Roosevelt Road.No license, speeding
Juan Meza-Huante, 50, of the 300 block of Alder Lane, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 9:22 a.m. with no driver's license and speeding at Lambert Road and McCreey Avenue.MONDAY, JUNE 24

Manuel S. Gonzalez, 36, of the 100 block of Meadow Lane, Carol Stream, was charged with the following:- Driving while license suspended
- Uninsured motor vehicle
- Failure to properly secure a child in a restraint system

William J. Buell, 31, of the 700 block of West Liberty Street, Wheaton, was charged at 11:17 p.m. with public intoxication on the Prairie Path, police said.Public intoxication, criminal damage
Benjamin A. Johnson, 34, of the 400 block of North Main Street, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 9:44 p.m. with public intoxication and criminal damage to private property on his block, police said.Theft Under $500
A backpack containing $10 in cash and a Nike phone case were reported stolen at 5:31 p.m. on the 400 block of Fairview Avenue.
