Police issued a Village Ordinance citation to a 66-year-old Glen Ellyn resident of the 300 Block of Maple St. on Jan. 18 for Public Intoxication. Police were called to the area of Pennsylvania Avenue and Prospect Avenue to check on the well-being of a person there. Police identified the man as the resident and issued him the citation.
