Possession of Cannabis
Jordan R. Kinkle, 18, of the 100 block of Bryant Avenue, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 11:10 a.m. with possession of cannabis at Glenbard West High School on the 600 block of Crescent Boulevard.

Intent to Deliver Cannabis
Wheaton police charged Drew L. Rosenwinkel, 24, of the 1000 block of Memory Court in Glen Ellyn with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested at 5:05 p.m. near the intersection of Hale Street and Roosevelt Road. He was booked and released from the Wheaton Police Department later that night.
