Possession of Cannabis/ Warrant 

While on patrol on March 6, an officer preformed a traffic stop on Richard A. Jessie, 22, of the 1000 block of College Ave. in Wheaton. Subsequently, Jessie was issued Village Ordinance citations for Possession of Cannabis and Drug Paraphernalia, issued a warning ticket for Improper Display of Registration and served on an in-state warrant.

An office on patrol on March 7 on the 500 block of Pennsylvania Ave. spotted a group of juveniles hanging out in a private driveway around 10:30 p.m. The officer approached the group and made contact with a 15-year-old resident of Glen Ellyn and issued the teen Village Ordinance citations for Possession of Cannabis and Drug Paraphernalia.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 

While on patrol on March 9 around 2:45 p.m., an officer spotted a 16-year-old Glen Ellyn resident standing in a parking lot near Crescent Boulevard and Park Boulevard. The juvenile was issued a Village Ordinance citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On March 12 around 8:20 p.m. an officer stopped a 16-year-old juvenile from Aurora near Park Boulevard and Sheehan Avenue. The juvenile was issued a Village Ordinance citation for Possession of Drug Equipment and issued traffic citations for Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving While License Suspended and No Rear Registration Light.
