The body of a 35-year-old Naperville man who was swept away by a strong current Sunday while swimming in the Illinois River was found Tuesday morning in water west of Ottawa, according to The Times.
Alberto Rodriguez Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene near Mony Mony Island in Ottawa shortly before noon, the newspaper reports. He went into the river from an anchored boat to "cool off" Sunday afternoon, The Times reports.
