SUNDAY, SEPT. 30

Driving under the influence

Debbie L. Mackerell, 50, of the 500 block of Dawes Avenue, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. at the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Exmoor Avenue, Glen Ellyn police said. She was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 28

Criminal damage

Police said someone reported a sink was damaged in the women’s bathroom at Newton Park sometime between 11 a.m. Sept. 27 and 10:52 p.m. Sept. 28. The damage was estimated at $200.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 27

Vehicle burglary

A resident reported that someone entered an unlocked vehicle between 3 and 9 p.m., police said. A GPS unit and two CD wallets containing a large number of CDs were stolen. The estimated loss was $300.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 26

Possession

Police said Timothy D. Curcio, 18, of the 26W000 block of Gold Finch Court, Wheaton, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. in the 300 block of Roosevelt Road. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Illegal transportation

Mark I. Diab, 48, of the 700 Park Boulevard, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. in the 300 block of Marion Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence and illegal transportation of alcohol.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 25

Possession

Tuwayne Bell, 40, of the 4900 block of West Washington Street, Chicago, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. at The Bountiful Barn, 388 Pennsylvania Ave., police said. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and forgery.

MONDAY, SEPT. 24

Theft

  • Police said someone reported a bicycle was stolen between 8 a.m. and 6:34 p.m. from where it was secured with a lock to a bike rack at the Metra train depot, 555 Crescent Blvd. The loss was estimated at less than $500.
  • A cellphone left in an unlocked cubby at the Ackerman Sports and Fitness Center, 800 St. Charles Road, was stolen at around 5 p.m., police said. The phone was valued at less than $500.
