SATURDAY, JULY 13
Suspended license, speeding
Larry D. Phillips, 26, of the 4600 block of South Laramie, Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended and speeding. Phillips was arrested at 7:16 a.m. at Roosevelt Road and Royal Glen.THURSDAY, JULY 11
Public intoxication
Susan J. Luba, 56, of the 700 block of West Liberty Street, Wheaton, was charged at 11:26 p.m. with public intoxication on the 500 block of Roosevelt Road, police said.Cannabis possession
Police charged Anthony M. Krause, 25, of the 100 block of Dolores Street, Oswego, with possession of cannabis 30g and under. Krause was arrested at 6:34 p.m. at Park Boulevard and Taft.
BB damages truck
Someone damaged a truck with a BB pellet on the first block of South Lambert. The incident occurred sometime between 12:01 a.m. July 10 and 5 p.m. July 11.WEDNESDAY, JULY 10
Cannabis possession
Police charged David Villa, 25, of the 4900 block of St. Paul Court, Hillside, with possession of cannabis 30g and under. Villa was arrested at 2:32 a.m. on the 600 block of Roosevelt Road.
TUESDAY, JULY 9
DUI, suspended license
Richard C. Best, 40, of the 700 block of Liberty, Wheaton, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while license suspended and unlawful display of a registration sticker. Best was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on the 500 block of Roosevelt.

Gym locker theft
Someone stole $70 from a gym locker on the first block of Deicke. The incident occurred sometime between 3:45 p.m. and 6 p.m.
MONDAY, JULY 8
Bench thief
Someone took a concrete bench from the 400 block of Pennsylvania. The incident occurred sometime between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.Disorderly conduct, public intoxication
Mark E. Washburn, 59, of the first block of Parkside Avenue, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 6 p.m. with disorderly conduct and public intoxication on the 600 block of Roosevelt Road, police said.

SUNDAY, JULY 7
Disorderly conduct, cannabis possession
Earl A. Ritchie, 61, of the 200 block of Lorraine Road, Glen Ellyn, was charged with the following:
- Disorderly conduct
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of cannabis 30g and under
- Violation of bail bond
