Death Notice: John Steen, 79, of Glen Ellyn

John "Shaun" Steen, 79, of Glen Ellyn since 1957, has died. He was a Eucharistic minister and pastoral care giver with St. Petronille Church in Glen Ellyn.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Ann; his children, John, Tim, Mary Kay, Kevin, Kathleen, Joe, Peter and Louise, his 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane St., Glen Ellyn. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at St. Petronille Church, 420 Glenwood Ave., Glen Ellyn.
