MyPlate2Yours: Antipasto Skewers

Registered Dietitian with 4 active kids shares family friendly recipes and nutrition tips at www.myplate2yours.com

If you haven't tried Antipasto Skewers for a backyard get together or cocktail party, you are in for a treat.  They are easy to make and easy to transport.  I use a 6-inch skewer and always start with a cherry tomato and fresh mozzarella ball (marinated, if available).  The rest of the skewer depends on what I have on hand...a piece of salami, marinated mushroom, black or kalamata olive, marinated artichoke, a cheese tortellini...the possibilies are endless
