Glen Ellyn Public Library Offers Consultations with A Licensed Healthcare Navigator

Nobody plans to become sick or injured, but having comprehensive health insurance coverage can help protect against unexpected medical expenses.

On December 18, 19, and 21 the Glen Ellyn Public Library will offer free consultations with a licensed and certified Healthcare Navigator for those who may have questions about the Affordable Care Act or the Healthcare Marketplace.

For the most complete session possible, participants are encouraged to bring the following materials:

  • Social security numbers (document numbers for legal immigrants) for all family members interested in enrollment
  • Employer and income information for every member of the household (for example: pay stubs, W2 forms, wage and tax statements) 
  • Policy number for any current health insurance loans covering members of your household
  •  A completed Employer Coverage Tool for every job-based plan you or someone in your household is eligible for (available at the Glen Ellyn Public Library’s the 2nd floor information desk)
