Glen Ellyn Public Library Offers Reading Patch Club

The Glen Ellyn Public Library’s Youth Department is set to offer Reading Patch Club running now until April 30, 2014.

Reading Patch Club is a special educational program combining reading skill building with arts and crafts. For every five hours a child reads, he or she will earn a colorful patch. Children can earn up to 16 patches! And, after earning a sixth patch, participants will receive a special canvas bag.

The Reading Patch Club is open to children from birth through 8th grade who are Glen Ellyn residents or who attend Glen Ellyn schools.
