Woman’s Club Presents Local Author and Her Best Selling Book

   Tuesday, November 5, at 1:00 pm in the Glen Ellyn Civic Center, 535 Duane Street, the Glen Ellyn Woman’s Club presents local bestselling author Melanie Benjamin.  Her progam features her long time best selling book, The Aviator’s Wife.”  Benjamin’s program is a power point presentation that includes slides, and photographs of Douglas Lindbergh’s life, family and events.  Facts that she will share with her audience have rarely been in the public eye.  Benjamin will have books available to sign after the program.  Guests are welcome to come to this program and can call 630-469-4516 to make a reservation.  Tickets are on sale at the meeting for the Woman’s Club major fundraiser, “Holiday Festival,” held at the Glen Oak Country on Tuesday, December 3.
