The Fox Valley Academy of Music Performance Holds Auditions for Winter/Spring Session

The Fox Valley Academy of Music Performance will hold
auditions on Sunday, November 24th for its Winter-Spring
session beginning in January 2014. The Academy’s ensembles include the Fox
Valley Youth Strings and the Academy Orchestra. These ensembles are comprised
of students, ages 8 to 18. Students are placed according to their abilities. Openings are
available in all sections: strings, woodwinds, brass, & percussion. Information about the orchestras and audition requirements
can be found on the FVAMP website at www.FVacademy.org.



Academy
ensembles rehearse in the afternoon on Sundays in North Aurora and perform at
various locations in the Fox Valley area each season.
