Ring in the New Year “Family-Style” With 8000 Miles’ Group Share Menu Plus Complimentary Bubbly Pairing & Dessert

From boisterous parties of friends to families of all ages, patrons are invited to celebrate New Year’s Eve over 8000 Miles’ “Group Share Menu,” a traditional family-style experience. Special for the holiday, a complimentary glass of bubbly and chocolate dessert will be served alongside the menu. Guests who dine on New Year’s Eve will also be entered in a drawing to win a dinner for two to 8000 Miles’ Chinese New Year celebration on January 30 through February 2.

To get the New Year’s festivities started, 8000 Miles will be pouring each guest that orders the Group Share Menu a glass of Lynfred Winery’s recommended Sparkling Rose to excite the palate before the four-course dinner begins.

The Group Share Menu, where everyone can sample and share a variety of dishes, includes the choice of three starters, three main dishes and one side dish. Chef/Owner Shawn Li recommends starters like the crab rangoon, crispy rice topped with spicy salmon and house made spicy Sichuan dumplings plus entrees like the basil garlic chicken, black pepper beef, spicy chili fish and ginger asparagus shrimp. Diners can postpone their diet resolutions as the meal will conclude with complimentaryChocolate Banana Wontons served with vanilla ice cream.

As the evening comes to an end, the kitchen will only close for a short while as 8000 Miles will be opening its doors again on New Year’s Day from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. for patrons looking to kick off 2014 with a hearty lunch, dinner or carryout.

The Family Style New Years Eve celebration is on December 31, 2013. 8000 Miles will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for lunch and 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. for dinner. The Group Share Menu (available for groups of six or more) is priced at $20 per person (not including tax and gratuity) and includes a glass of champagne, dessert, coffee or iced tea.
