Established in 1940, Young Life is a not-for-profit Christian outreach ministry that provides positive social alternatives and Christian mentoring to junior high and high school students. There are over 250 Glen Ellyn and Wheaton teens actively involved in Young Life. Proceeds from Homes for the Holidays will be used to help send kids to camp, provide operating funds, and to support the 26 young adult leaders who together donate an average of 180 hours per week. These dedicated volunteers build bridges of authentic Christ-centered friendship with area teens to help them make good choices now and to plant seeds for a lifelong foundation of faith.
