LONGEST NIGHT SERVICE

Are you in need of comfort and joy?  If so, come in from the dark and cold; from the frantic pace; from the fear and grief and find some rest, comfort, and joy. Southminster Presbyterian Church, 680 S. Park Blvd., Glen Ellyn, invites you to attend a Longest Night Service on Friday, December 21 at 7:30 p.m. 


December 21st is the longest, darkest night in the western hemisphere. For many, in the midst of what is expected to be a joy-filled season, they are instead filled with grief and fear because of illness, death of loved ones, divorce, job loss or loved ones in the armed services stationed far away. We at Southminster welcome you to share in Christ’s light on this darkest of nights
