Jazzercise Fitness Classes

Jazzercise is a fun and effective 60 minute workout that burns up to 600 calories. The workout program, which offers a fusion of dance, strength training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing movements, has empowered millions of people worldwide in leading healthier lives. Our center offers 35 classes a week.
