Author Event With Melanie Benjamin

The Bookstore is hosting a reception and book signing for Glen Ellyn author Melanie Benjamin on Thursday, January 24th at 7pm.

Melanie's newest work of historical fiction, The Aviator's Wife, is another beautifully imagined story of a fascinating woman from history. Melanie's previous books include Alice I Have Been (2010) and The Autobiography of Mrs. Tom Thumb (2011). This time Melanie tells us the story of Anne Morrow Lindbergh, the wife of celebrity aviator Charles Lindbergh. You can read a review on The Bookstore's blog. 

The Bookstore is offering an "Aviator's Wife Gift Basket" to the book club with the biggest turn-out at the event. The book goes on sale on January 15th and may be pre-ordered from The Bookstore's website or by calling (630) 469-2891.
