ADVANCED.400 HITTING CLUB

The White Sox Elite .400 Hitting Club
is the only camp that teaches the professional “approach” to hitting as well as
the swing mechanics.  With twenty minutes
of classroom and seventy minutes of instruction, your athlete will learn to
become the best hitter he can be. Players will also get their swings examined
with our Digital Motion Analysis software. 
The class covers a new phase of the swing each week: starting with
stance and set-up, lower body rotation, hand path, contact points, timing, off
speed pitches and approach.

The Bulls/Sox
Academy opened in 2001 in Lisle, Illinois and runs extensive training programs
for boys and girls from beginner to professional. There are additional
Bulls/Sox Academy locations in Glen Ellyn, LaGrange and Schererville, IN. For
