Father Walks Across Graduation Stage For Murdered Son

Victor Robles was murdered on Christmas Eve and on Friday night his father accepted his associate's degree.

Victor Robles completed his associate's degree at the last year but never walked across the stage to accept his diploma.

Robles was murdered in Arkansas on Christmas Eve, so his father, Aurelio Robles, walked across the stage Friday night for his son.

Nearly five months ago, Victor traveled to Arkansas to visit his mother for the holidays when her husband, Harry Svensson, killed her and Victor on Dec. 24, 2010.

After the loss of his son, Aurelio decided that he would stand in for his son and walk across the stage to accept his psychology degree on the same night that his son would have celebrated his 21st birthday.
