NOON WHISTLE BREWING COMPANY COMING TO LOMBARD
HINSDALE, IL- Noon Whistle Brewing Company has signed a long term lease for 5,350 square feet in west suburban Lombard, IL
Noon Whistle Brewing Company is a start-up brewery inspired by an appreciation of unique, high quality beer and the camaraderie of great family and friends. Founded in 2012, Noon Whistle produces a unique, delicious menu of original craft beers, specializing in creative and flavorful session style (lower alcohol %) ales with initial distribution in the Chicago metropolitan area. The brewery and tasting room will be located at 800 East Roosevelt Road, in Lombard, IL. The local, accessible brewery will allow customers to see, smell, hear, and experience the brewing process first hand. At the same time, the tasting room will allow customers to sample the freshest beers and take their favorites home with them for later enjoyment.
“We searched many western suburbs for Noon Whistle from Oak Park to Addison to Lombard and everything in between. We looked at industrial and retail spaces. After a 5 month process we finalized a deal in Lombard. The town welcomed Noon Whistle with wide open arms and has been extremely helpful with construction and zoning matters.” says Chris Schramko, representing broker for Noon Whistle Brewing Company.
The micro-brewery and brew-pub industry is growing at a fast 13-15% rate annually and will continue to try to meet a growing demand in the coming years.
