Standard Market, a gourmet market featuring fresh and prepared foods, will be hosting a job fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from March 24 to 28 at its corporate office in Westmont at 204 E. Chicago Ave.
The company will staff more than 225 positions for its second location, which is scheduled to open this spring at 1508 Aurora Avenue in Naperville. Positions will also be filled for Standard Market’s first location in Westmont, which opened in 2011.
“Standard Market is looking for exceptional members to join its Naperville team for both the Market and Standard Market Grill, our 160-seat, sophisticated fast-casual restaurant,” says Naperville Store Director Patrick McIlvain. “The new Naperville location will feature a from-scratch bakery, old world butcher shop and fish market, delicatessen, fresh produce, extensive wine, beer, and cheese selection, and a cheese aging cave. New features include an expanded wine and beer bar, gelato bar, full coffee shop, and confectionery with gourmet popcorn and fudge."
