Cadence Health announced Wednesday it plans to add Rockford Health System to its health group, according to the Daily Herald.
The partnership still needs to be reviewed and approved by regulators and Cadence and RHS "will work during the next several months to define the potential partnership," according to the article.
Cadence Health includes Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield and Delnor Hospital in Geneva, according to the Cadence Health website. Rockford Health System is the largest health system serving northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin, according to the health system's website.
