Community Update

I saw this dentist a few months ago. I went in around the spring of 2013 for a $49.99 spring cleaning special they were having. The cleaning was sub par (they forgot to floss, among other things) but for $49.99, my expectations weren't high. I needed the results of my exam sent to my military dentist for review. When I sent Baker Hill Dental the form to return to my base with my information, they instead sent the form to my base blank with a note that said "We have no record of a patient by this name". This put me in a very bad situation with my base, the consequences of which were almost very severe. Baker Hill Dental loses two stars (only two because it was cheap) for the sub-par cleaning and mediocre staff. For poor records keeping to the point where they could not locate my record for continuing care, they lose the other two. All things considered, my family and I will not return.
