Waterleaf Restaurant Cooking Class

Waterleaf Restaurant in
Glen Ellyn continues their monthly cooking classes led by Executive Chef
Jean-Louis Clerc on Saturday, August 18. The class will feature cuisine perfect
for a weekend brunch, including a Tomato and Homemade Chorizo Tart, Corned Beef
Hash in Baked Potato Shells and more (see complete menu below). Chef Jean-Louis
will guide participants through each step of the cooking process. Afterwards,
guests will enjoy their creations at a communal table in the restaurant. Paired
wine will be served for guests 21 and over. Class participants will also receive
a Waterleaf apron and printed recipes so they can recreate the featured dishes
at home.

Reservations will be taken at Waterleaf restaurant. 
Limited spots are available.
