“On Broadway” Comes to First United Methodist Church of Glen Ellyn on November 6

“On Broadway,” the second in First United Methodist Church of Glen Ellyn’s community concert series takes place on Sunday November 6 at 5:00p.m. Professional singers and a band will perform favorite musical selections from West Side Story, Phantom of The Opera, Into the Woods, Company, Guys and Dolls and more. Julie Bayer, Marianne Embree, Dan McDonald and Daniel Riley Band, the singers, will be accompanied by Shawn Sommer on bass, Geraldo de Oliveira on percussions and  Marianne Kim on piano.

Produced by Marianne Kim, First Church’s music director, the concert is free and open to the public. Guests may contribute to an optional freewill offering whose proceeds will support this concert series. Located at 424 Forest Avenue in downtown Glen Ellyn, the church is conveniently located just south of the METRA rail station at the corner of Forest and Duane.
