Off the Grid Living Program Series: Pioneer Cheesemaking

This living history demonstration was inspired by Harriet Peck, who, back in the 1800s, reportedly made and sold the finest cheese in the area. In addition, on June 28, Farmer Jim from Wellhausen Farm will present products and information about locally produced products.
