Preliminary Snowfall Totals in the Chicago Area as of 3 a.m. Tuesday

The Chicago area was hit again with snowfall overnight Monday, with the most accumulation in northern Illinois recorded in Northbrook, where 6.6 inches fell, most between 10 p.m. and midnight, according to the National Weather Service. 

Here is a look at snowfall totals throughout the Chicago area as of 3 a.m. Tuesday: 

  • Glen Ellyn: 3.0 inches
  • Polo: 2.4 inches
  • Wheaton: 1 inch
  • Rockford: 1.2 inches
  • Midway Airport, 3.2 inches
  • O'Hare Airport: 3.4 inches
  • Romeoville: 1.1 inches
  • Highwood: 5.1 inches
  • Lockport: 2.0 inches
  • Glenview: 4.0 inches
  • Elgin: 1 inch
  • Northbrook: 6.6 inches
  • Mokena: 3.0 inches
  • Skokie: 4.5 inches
  • Northwest Chicago: 3.0 inches
  • Evanston: 3.0 inches
  • Highland Park: 6.5 inches
  • Oak Lawn: 3.5 inches
  • Mokena: 3.5 inches
