Park Correctly in Glen Ellyn and You Might Receive a $20 Gift Card

Just one more reason to shop local this holiday season.

If you still have some holiday shopping to do—and who doesn't?—the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce and the Glen Ellyn Police Department want to entice you to keep your dollars local.

Every day except Sundays, through Christmas Eve, one lucky shopper in Glen Ellyn's historic central business district will be chosen by a community service officer to receive a $20 Chamber gift certificate just for parking properly. That's right, just don't park wrong.

The village has been working to improve parking lately, adding a new commuter lot at Duane and Glenwood that is available for shoppers after 6 p.m.
