Paisley on Main's 'Greeter' to Appear in Vera Bradley Baby Line Ad

Avery Rose, granddaughter of Paisley on Main’s owner Sue Cleary, and daughter of Meghan, Paisley’s Assistant Manager, will be featured in Vera Bradley’s advertising for their newest Baby Line, which is expected to arrive in stores on March 13.

Cleary, in an e-mail to Patch, said her granddaughter spends a lot of time at Paisley on Main, 494 N. Main St. in Glen Ellyn. Avery is referred to as Paisley on Main's "greeter" since the now one year old girl likes to say "Hi, Hi, Hi" over and over when someone walks into the store.

"People love to come and say hello to Avery," according to Cleary.

In October 2013, Avery was chosen to participate in a photo shoot in Boca Raton Florida. She was 8 months old at the time, according to information sent to Patch from Sue Cleary.

"Now, just one year old, we recently found out she is in their (Very Bradley) mailer, in a behind the scenes video that is on You Tube and their blog, Inside Stitch," Cleary said in an e-mail.  "One photo of Avery is on signage that will be in all stores that carry the Vera Bradley Baby Line and possibly used in other social media areas."

Meghan and her husband Matt are thrilled at all the attention their first child is receiving.  Avery was comfortable at the photo shoot even when surrounded by a large crew of strangers.

“Avery is such a social baby, I think because she spends so much time at the store” Meghan said.
