Glen Ellyn Singer Kate Wild Performing National Anthem at Upcoming Sox Game

Kate Wild recently sang the national anthem at a Chicago Bears Game. She will sing the anthem before an upcoming Chicago White Sox game, for the second time this season.

Kate Wild may only be 12, but the resident has experience performing in front of very large crowds.

Soon, she will get the chance to do it again. Kate will have the honor of singing the national anthem at an upcoming Chicago White Sox game that will celebrate students going back to school.

She will sing the "Star Spangled Banner" before the 1:10 p.m. game Aug. 26 when the White Sox take on the Seattle Mariners. The White Sox are hosting the last kids day of the season and the theme will be "Back to School Carnival."
