Glen Crest FOR Club Members Present Target of Kindness Award to Ladies of Quest Food Management

        Rachel’s Challenge is a national organization that works toward eliminating bullying, eliminating school violence, and educating young people about eliminating mean-spirited behavior.   The school clubs sponsored by Rachel’s Challenge are called FOR CLUBS.  Glen Crest has been part of this movement for two full years. Club members  presented the Quest Food Service ladies who work in the middle school providing lunch,  with a Target of Kindness award.   The Target of Kindness Awards for November were manicures for each of the Quest Food Management ladies  at a local spa. By honoring an established group of people who help the entire Glen Crest student body each month, the FOR CLUB can illustrate to their classmates the kindness and hard work that these groups provide to make school life run smoothly and safely.  October’s honorees were the school bus drivers and staff.  The money for the November award was earned by the FOR CLUB through donations.
