Fans to Choose Comcast's Top Football Student Section of 2013

The 2013 high school football season might be over, but the action in the stands lives on as Comcast kicks off its annual Battle of the Fans vote to pick the top football student section.

Eight student sections were selected based on their energy and enthusiasm during appearances on the CN100 Game of the Week this season. Each school is now one step away from being crowned Battle of the Fans Football Final Champion and receiving a special Battle of the Fans banner to display proudly as a testament to its school spirit

Here are the eight schools with student sections competing for the title:

·         Bartlett High School – Fear Nation

·         Fremd High School – Army of Darkness

·         Glenbard West High School – Castle Crazies

·         Hersey High School – Orange Crush

·         Lincoln Way East High School – Blue Crew

·         Marist High School – RedHawk Rowdies

·         Neuqua Valley High School – Gold Rush

·         Wheaton Warrenville South High School – 12th Man

Voting runs from Dec. 2 to Dec. 20 at www.cn100.tv/battle_of_the_fans.aspx. Standings updates will be available on the Web site and also on our Facebook page.
