BreakThrough Care Center Offers Diabetes Seminar for Seniors

Join BreakThrough Care Center’s Diabetes Seminar for Seniors to learn more about risk factors, prevention and management of diabetes. Attendees will also learn the importance of healthy eating, being active, monitoring their condition, taking medication and information on useful coping techniques.

 

This educational event is a great step forward in patients taking control of diabetes and improving their quality of life.

                        10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

                         12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
