Picnic in the Park at Danby Woods Thursday Night
Enjoy a picnic in the park with the Glen Ellyn Park District from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
What better way to enjoy a summer night than with a picnic in the park. Tonight, the Glen Ellyn Park District will hold a complimentary picnic at Danby Woods Park.
Park Board members will be at the event to answer questions related to the park district and to share information about the recently community survey, Lake Ellyn Park master plan and other park district news.
Food will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the Glen Ellyn Park District. The park district will also have its Block Party Wagon at the event. A prize drawing will take place among those in attendance, according to the park district.
