You can help Take a Bit Out of Hunger by visiting any of these participating Glen Ellyn restaurants on Wednesday, August 22, 2012, and 10 % of your bill will be donated to the Glen Ellyn Food Pantry: Barone's, Cab's Wine Bistro, Dairy Queen (Main St.), flour + wine, Giordono's, Glen Oak, Honey, Marinella, North Side, Shannon's, Tap House, and Thipi Thai. The Glen Ellyn Food Pantry serves thousand of people who need food each year. Help combat hunger in our community and Take a Bite Out of Hunger!

The Glen Ellyn Food Pantry is an ecumenical endevaor of Glen Ellyn churches who cooperate in providing food and volunteers to serve people in our community who are in emergency. The Food Pantry does not provide rent or utility assistance.
The Food Pantry has 200+ volunteers and is always seeking more vibrant volunteers willing to serve. For more information on becoming a client or donating time, food, or a monatary donation please feel free to call.
