Please join us for a presentation by Hank Erdmann, a professional natural history photographer.  He has photographed throughout North America, making the Midwest his primary geographic area of interest. A love of history, especially the maritime history of the Great Lakes, kindles a special interest in the ports, shorelines, islands and natural areas of Lakes Michigan and Superior and their surrounding environs.

Anyone with an interest in photography and Photoshop is certainly welcome and there is no charge for this event.  Hank will be providing us with a presentation titled

" The Long & Short of Close Up Photography"

at  the Lombard Camera Club on Monday, January 14th  at 7:30 pm at St. Timothy's Church, downstairs media room,  547 N. Main St. in Lombard.  Free parking (for directions see map at Lombardcameraclub.com)

Hank's program makes close-up imagery a snap. Learn why it's not absolutely necessary to go out and buy the $2400 Macro lens and how to make great close-up images with just the gear you have and a few inexpensive additions to you camera bag.

Lombard Camera Club, first established in 1927, is a group of photo enthusiasts that come together to share, learn and compete, all with the objective of improving our art. Photographers of all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced are welcome to attend.
