Chef's Table Dinner
The Chef’s Table distinctive communal dinner includes seven courses of thoughtfully selected entrees, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients and chosen through the inspiration of Chef Jean-Louis. Guests learn about the ingredients, flavors, textures, and concept behind each course through personal introductions by Chef Jean-Louis. Carefully selected wine pairings accompany each course in this unique culinary event.
The evening begins with hors d’oeuvres at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 5:30 p.m. The price is $125 per guest and includes taxes and gratuities.
