The last Glen Ellyn Historical Society Bake Sale at Glen Ellyn Farmers Market is scheduled for Friday, August 17 beginning at 7:30 A.M. The Farmers Market is located at the Main Street Parking Lot between Duane and Hillside in downtown Glen Ellyn. The Historical Society bakers are famous for their pies, fruit breads, historic cookie recipes, coffee cakes and cakes. Many of the bakers have been featured in local newspapers sharing their recipes with the general public. Buy early because the Bake Sale Booth is sold out by 11:30 A.M.
