 iative of the NAACP that provides a forum for African American youth to

 \n\nBe enrolled in grades 9-12\n\nBe a citizen or legal resident of the 
 United States\n\nBe an amateur (having not received wages for profession
 al services) in the category of the&nbsp\;ACT-SO Competition\n\nParent/S
