Police say siblings burglarized three Glen Ellyn businesses on Oct. 10 and were caught the same night after being pulled over for a traffic violation on Geneva Road.  The two alleged burglars are siblings from South Holland and are accused of stealing electronics and cash from two salons and one restaurant.    Kenneth W. Silva, 45, and his sister Renee M. A Glen Ellyn man is responsible for several missing items from the Lisle Library District's stacks, according to police. The Lisle Police Department launched an investigation after the library reported items such as books and DVDs being taken without proper checkout. After a fourth-month investigation police obtained a search warrant for the Glen Ellyn apartment of James F. Jackson, 43, of the 300 block of Spruce Lane.
