Find your Personal Trainer | RightFit Chicago

You know that you should be in better shape, but you haven't done much to address this issue. Considering how hectic our lives can be, this is very normal. You already wake up at 6am to prepare for work. You are out the door at 7 to fight the traffic. Unfortunately, you still hit traffic and will feel lucky if you make it to the office by 8. You work hard throughout the day only to return to your car at 6pm, contemplating what to do for dinner. At this point, exercising isn't even an afterthought. You finally get home, change out of your work clothes, eat dinner, and all you want to do at this point is go to sleep. You think to youself "With such a busy schedule, how do I stay healthy and physically fit?" It's time for you to consider hiring a personal trainer.

You may think that you don't have time to exercise, but if you hire a personal trainer, you will MAKE time to exercise. Your trainer will help you schedule your life so that you can fit in as many sessions as necessary. Your everyday life will improve from seeing a personal trainer as little as once a week. Not only will working out with a personal trainer get you in great shape, it will also educate you on how to stay fit when you are not with the trainer. Huh. Now i know how this all works...these personal trainers come over to your house to help you work out, they charge you around $100 per visit.. and then you don't have any money to eat; so you lose some weight while you are getting fit.

Actually, you can find trainers to come to your house for as low as $50 per visit. For people on a tighter budget, I suggest they bring a friend to train with. The session will cost less per person, and it can be more fun and motivating to train alongside someone else. Good trainers will also give you a routine to follow during the other days throughout the week.
