A bridal expo held at Abbington Distinctive Banquets on Sunday, may have made things a little easier for them.

With vendors on hand from limousine companies to photographers, the future brides and grooms had plenty to consider for their wedding.

And if the bride had difficulty in visualizing that perfect dress, the fashion show might have inspired her.

Mermaid silhouettes, ball gowns and head pieces were some of the more popular styles that brides will see a lot of this coming year. 

"One of the top trends is lace dresses" said fashion director Carol Tardi. "That is an influence from the Royal Wedding."
