Johnson cited a Park District Board policy that would prevent his wife, who works at the park district, from working there if he was elected to the board. Stuffelbeam said his interest has simply faded.

I highly suggest that everyone in town checks out the GEBB, Glen Ellyn Bulletin Board, http://glen-ellyn.com/eve/forums. Look at the Park District folder and any postings by the Park Bench, Galvin's alter-ego. After reading her 'interpretations' of the Board meetings and her totally uncalled for attacks on the current minority members, the last thing that you will want to do is put her on ANY board.
Ed Hess, in the mean time, has wasted our money and needs to be relieved of his position on the board. Over $4 million over budget on the Ackerman building. If he was in charge of my finances, I'd be broke.
