D87 Superintendent Steps Away From Michigan Job Hunt
Michael Meissen is set to leave his Glenbard post on June 30. It's now unclear where he will go.
Glenbard Township High School District 87 Superintendent Michael Meissen was in the running for a similar position in Michigan, according to the Daily Herald he has removed himself from consideration.
According to the Daily Herald, he was one of the final candidates, and even interviewed with the Michigan school board members last week but he declined to move forward in the process.
District 87 has yet to select a final candidate to fill Meissen's spot for the upcoming school year.
