Bond Set For Seven After Glen Ellyn Drug Bust

Four kilos of cocaine were seized after Thursday's raid at La Playa Cantina.

Seven are facing felony charges after multiple law enforcement agencies raided a Glen Ellyn restaurant and seized $120,000 worth of cocaine.

The seven arrested in the drug bust at La Playa Cantina appeared in bond court Friday and each are facing charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. I'm really going to miss their home-made corn tortillas and the other excellent foods they made.
We need to declare the fallacious "war on drugs" to be lost and over, and figure out a more sensibly approach, since it is our sons/daughters and neighbors who fuel the drug traffic by buying stuff to get them a buzz. Victim-less crimes ought not to be criminalized. It didn't work with alcohol, it hasn't worked any better on drugs.

"All the illegals"? Illegal what? People? If so, How do you know they are not citizens? I'm not trying to start an argument, just wondering if you could clarify.

i dont have any problems with diversity. i wish there was more diversity in this whole area. your subtle racism isnt needed. there is a reason these drugs are in the community, there is demand and always will be. cant be blamed on "diversity" fiona is correct, the war on drugs is an utter failure. someone else will now service thier customers. welcome to the real world jim.
